The right place for holiday.

Liked:Nice really near by the convenience thinks. Atmosphere is awesome 💕 Room nice too. Have everything you want hanger, table for do some work. Space for everything than you want to leave it in the room. Here is safety. Nice service 👍

Really lovely aside from initial rudeness from manager.

Liked:We loved the boutique style of the resort, the pool was perfect for kids (shallow, warm) Food was excellent and staff at the restaurant were really friendly Live music some evenings - really lovely

Disliked:The manager was rude. After arriving with two small kids from a 4 hour car journey, he tells me he needs to verify my card even though this will charge me, and to be honest I’m already annoyed as I had to use a card that charges international fees because prior to coming to Vietnam, they had not accepted a different card of mine (which I always use for international travel as it doesn’t incur charges and no other hotel on our trip had had a problem with) because it only had my first initial on rather than my full first name (this is common in the uk). He was patronising and rude and basically told me we would have to leave if he was unable to verify my card. Having travelled extensively around south east Asia (where I grew up), I have never had this problem in any other hotel nor this level of “computer says no” rudeness. This was very disappointing for an otherwise lovely establishment and I must say all the other staff were lovely, it was just the manager who was unacceptably rude- and for this reason I wouldn’t stay again because it was stressful to deal with him. BUT! If he can be polite and professional in future then I would recommend it overall.
