We loved the condo's layout, size, decor and location and enjoyed our stay, despite some issues.

Liked:The security staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and Doctor's Cave. The condo was efficiently designed, spacious and comfortable.

Disliked:1) We had a pleasant sea view, but it wasn't the orientation (facing the water) as the photos led us to expect; 2) there was only one bedside table, which was inconvenient; 3) in the bathroom the cabinet below the basin looks like it had been semi demolished leaving only a framework where a drawer and cabinet doors had originally existed; 4) some of the lights didn't work - one over the bed on the tableless side, and one close to the patio door flashed constantly when turned on; 5) we couldn't figure out how to operate the stove - not a big deal for us but could be for the next guest; 6) the safe was locked when we arrived (although the written instructions asked guests to leave it open on departure) so we were unable to secure our valuables; 7) communication felt difficult - before, during and even after our stay. We weren't able to get a floor or condo number till the check-in day; and after we checked out and got to the airport we realized that we had forgotten to return the key but couldn't reach the owner or the building management despite numerous attempts. The condo finally returned our call several hours later - after we had landed in FLL.

Disliked:Old, very old, very very old!! Soon as I came in there was a leak in the bathroom from above and water was leaking right over top of the toilet.

Liked:Large apartment, with a comfortable kitchen (all required utensils), and a nice balcony.

Disliked:The apartment is old and requires repairs. There was a window behind the bed that cannot be closed due to the rusted steel frame, wich make sleeping very uncomfortable (specially due to the wind weather). Also washing machine doesn't work. I wrote to the property but the guy didn't even answer. The location is OK if you want to go to doctors cave beach (the apartment is on front of the entrance) but that means you will have to pay 8 USD everything you want to go to the beach, and there is harmony beach that is free and is equally good 20 minutes walking.
