Check-in from 03:00 PM. Check-out by 11:30 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment

All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform SeaGarden Beach Resort - All Inclusive in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must take the same credit card used for room deposit with them at check-in. Guests can make payment for their room in either United States Dollars or Jamaican Dollars. Please note that The Chatham restaurant is not included in the All Inclusive package and will have an extra cost of US$30.00 plus taxes and service charges.

Poor customer service

Liked:The hotel would have been good value for money if they returned my £100 deposit I paid on the day of arrival. Despite several emails I have received no response! In addition, when I arrived for check in I had to wait over 1 hour before being allowed to check in to my room, as compensation they allowed a later check out.

Great 👍🏾

Liked:The experience was pretty good, the food was great, staffs were amazing. I stayed for 7 nights. I had some issues with my reservations, management team were excellent and nice. One of the housekeeping staff Ms Cereta. She was amazing. Overall my stayed was great, I would definitely stay there again.

Don't Bother to Waste Your Money

Liked:The room was filthy- very filthy. For instance, the shower head was dirty and muck dripped from it. The situation was so revolting that my son refused to take a shower.Eventually a kind housekeeper arrived and scrubbed the muck from the shower head.As Additionally, as soon as we entered the room, my son and I started coughing and sneezing. My eyes got red, swollen and started watering. I later discovered that the filters in the air conditioners were so filthy and heavily coated with dust and dead insects which subsequently littered the bed as my husband removed them to have them had to clean them. The hotel's management is either non-existent or believe that it is a wanton waste of time to respond to customers' queries and requests to speak with them. I called the front office several times while I was at the hotel and even before writing this review, and no manager has attempted to reach out. The games room is laughable, and I was also unable to secure any tennis rackets play on the newly upgraded tennis court. The only commendable aspects of the experience were the food, live entertainment, and the jocular staff that works in the dining areas and bars. Finally, forget this hotel if you have children older than 10- my son was bored stiff. As I have conveyed in my conversations with the staff at the front office-San the manager- customers work very hard for their money and hence deserve at minimum- a decent experience.
