An amazing time full of fun and laughter.

Liked:Love the entertainment team. Food and vibes were amazing! Highlight was definitely the jerk chicken at the jerk hut, so good! Gracie Williams (the manager of the warehouse department) was lovely and very attentive to us. A really lovely lady.

Absolutely worth the price and upgrade to the oceanfront view room

Liked:We wanted a very relaxed atmosphere that wasn’t full of college kids and drunks partying all night and that is why we chose Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. It was as clean as everyone described it as well. It is staffed by friendly people who do not act like they only give you attention to get a tip. If fact, we were most surprised by the fact that they genuinely seemed surprised if you did tip and were very appreciative. The food, was to my surprise, actually pretty good too. We have stayed at other all-inclusive hotels in Mexico and didn’t have high expectations for the food based on that and were both happily surprised with the quality and variety of food!

Disliked:There isn’t really a pharmacy or convenience store on property, so if you need a hair product or something like allergy medication or a bandage or hair clip, water shoes, etc., that requires a trip into Montego Bay or take the bus to the local strip center for tourist souvenirs. They do have a jewlery store, limited souvenirs, and a ladies dress shop on site, but it was the little things we forgot or ran out of that were not available like bandages.
