Terrible Management, Problems with rooms

Liked:The managers at the Belaire Motel do NOT care about their customers! I have traveled for many years and this is one of the worst motel experiences I've ever had. In the morning, a construction worker was sawing and pounding loudly outside on the back wall of my room. (He may have been replacing the A/C which was malfunctioning.) The manager said he'd tell him to stop for awhile, when I complained, but it was too late, as it was too late to get back to sleep. The light switches for the lamps were behind the bed backboards, so you couldn't find them or use them without pulling the beds out. There was no refrigerator, nothing to make coffee or tea with. The manager said they've had 6 refrigerators stolen in the past month. Really? Is that MY fault? The manager offered NO apology, rather, he made excuses and was just rude and annoyed. There was some hair in the tub and in the sink, otherwise the rooms seemed very clean. The lady cleaning the room was working very hard and was kind. The check-in woman was entirely rude and unwelcoming. The current Belaire Motel does NOT reflect Missoula! I was very disappointed.
