Liked:Lauren is the best clerk who I have ever encountered. She answered all of my questions about Missoula and the surrounding area. I enjoyed everything that I did and appreciated her guidance.. She checked in via text midway through my stay to ensure that I had the best experience in this part.of the country. She also has a warm and genuine personality. The suite was clean and breakfast accessible every morning.

Phenomenal!! 10 star hotel!!

Liked:There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!! From the moment we walked through the door…the staff at the front desk were so friendly and immediately greeted us with smiles. Check-in was seamless. The room was so spacious and comfortable. And breakfast the next morning was THE BEST breakfast we’ve EVER had at a hotel. The person running the breakfast preparation, Guy, was phenomenal!! Guy was so friendly, accommodating, did everything with a smile… made overnight chia seeds!!!! We were so impressed!!! Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area!!

Disliked:There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like!! Your hotel is top notch!!

A lovely stay in Missoula

Liked:Breakfast was good. We loved the river and fire pit outside. The pool and gym were nice and clean.

Disliked:The pullout couch was very uncomfortable. We were given a twin cot that was much better on the second night of four.
