Highlights

+Excellent, attentive staff (multiple mentions)
+Great central location and river views
+Relaxing pool and courtyard
+Convenient lobby food/drinks and free morning coffee
+Helpful front desk assistance (e.g., extra nights, special gestures)

Could Improve

–Parking expensive / valet-only logistics and off-site fees
–Room size issues (small rooms, limited seating)
–Bed quality inconsistent (too soft, sagging) in some rooms
–Noise from street in some rooms
–Cleanliness concerns (mold in shower seal, worn entry carpets)
–Valet/tech system problems

Cleanliness7.6

Mixed cleanliness: some rooms described as clean, but multiple notes of worn/dingy entry carpets and mold in a shower door seal indicate below-average cleanliness attention.

Service9.2

Strong positive service sentiment: several mentions of exceptional, attentive staff and specific praise for managers and front desk employees (e.g., Jasmine and Kat) who went above and beyond.

Location9.0

Consistently praised location: river views, walkable to dining/drinks, convenient to hospital and downtown attractions; however parking logistics (valet/off-site) caused some dissatisfaction.

Room Quality7.4

Mixed to negative room quality: some reported comfortable beds and good shower pressure, but multiple reports of very small rooms, poor mattress support, inadequate seating, noisy street-facing rooms, and cramped bathrooms.

Amenities8.9

Generally positive amenities: praised pool and relaxing courtyard, lobby food/beer/smoothie options and morning coffee; minor issues noted with gym supplies and valet system operations.

Value for Money7.2

Value concerns: guests upset about extra charges (parking, paid breakfast/drinks) and small room size for the hotel's star level, reducing perceived value.

Food and Beverage8.4

Moderately positive F&B: convenient lobby food options and free morning coffee noted; some complaints about paid breakfast/drinks and limited offerings.

Overall Experience8.7

Overall positive experience driven by excellent staff, great location, and pleasant common areas (pool/courtyard), tempered by parking issues, some room quality and cleanliness shortcomings.

Loud and seedy

Liked:Soooo loud. The building is made of paper. The employees know it too. They didn’t tell me about the sound Machine in the room until I requested to be moved. The new room was marginally better. Never again

Convienent to the river.

Liked:It was close to the river and we came specifically for a boat tour.

Disliked:Shampoo bottle was empty. Some items were dusty and we found a lanyard in a pillow case.

Great place to enjoy a weekend.

Liked:I really loved the place for it's location near the water and the area was very nice to walk around at night being safe and never worried.Me and my wife loved making our way around to the great eating and drinking places and was able to walk straight to the hotel. Also the people there were super nice and very accommodating to us.We were able to check in a little early and the valets are so friendly and work hard for their money. They were busy non stop

Disliked:I really wasn't aware how loud the bikers and music from the bikes were so loud and noisy.I understand it's a party town but I was kept up till like 2:30 in the morning hearing loud noises from motorcycles and loud music from them. But that was my only complaint about the whole experience.
