Overall a decent stay

Liked:The breakfast was alright, just wished there was more variety with the selection but still a good breakfast experience. The location was good, close to shopping venues

Disliked:I wished that I knew about places that the shuttle would transport us for free. It was not advertised and I only found out when I checked out that they offer complimentary drop off to certain locations. I also did not like how busy and crowded the hotel got when cruise passengers passed through

Avoid if you can

Liked:Location, close to airport

Disliked:Bad service, back to back issues, AC problem in room, once the room was changed, system not updated we had other guest trying to check in (2 am). Room was not cleaned next day. Clearly short of staff in the hotel. Shuttle service is on request only. Not worth for the money spent. Will avoid next time
