Overall very pleased. I would definitively stay again!

Liked:My flight was late. I was able to communicate with the staff via messaging. This was my second time staying there and the staff members were pleasant and helpful each time. The breakfast was also nice.

Disliked:Probably not the best value for a 1 night stay.

Overall, I would stay at this property again but would advise against taking the shuttle

Liked:The property is clean and maintained well. The staff were patient with customers. We were there for an overnight stay. The hotel was very busy and at capacity. The staff continued to be patient with impatient customers.

Disliked:Because the shuttle runs on a strict schedule, after waiting for an hour, it was at capacity and couldn’t take any more passengers. It seems when there’s a full house, the property would have an established backup plan. This is the primary reason the customers were upset. By the time most of us arrived, our prepaid rooms were gone and alternative, often smaller arrangements were made.
