Spacious & comfortable

Liked:It was nice. The room was spacious & comfortable. The location was convenient. The breakfast was also very nice.

Disliked:My only complaints are: 1. There was no trash bin in the washroom/bathroom. I think one should be, especially for female guests. 2. USB & C-port type charging outlets would be a convenient, modern additional feature.

Wonderful experience for families!

Liked:The family enjoyed the breakfast option. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend to any family. We took the shuttle to the airport and that was one of the main reason we chose this hotel. Location was also convenient, near restaurants and shopping center.

Disliked:The luggage cart was nowhere to be found and we had seven large suitcases. The front desk staff even did a round to see if they found it on any of the floors, but someone took it to their room and did not return it. Recommend you have 2-3 luggage carts or demand that guest return it by taking down their room number when they borrow it.

Disliked:Outside of building looks new while the inside the room was outdated, some of the lights didn't work, I booked a king bed got a queen and was told that was their king size on top of that they also charge guests for parking
