Disgusting, stay away

Liked:Really great location. The rest was terrible.

Disliked:The bathroom was filthy, covered in mould and smelt of damp. We found hairs on the bed linen but generally the bedroom was ok. The whole place needs to be refurbished. We were so tired the first night that we just wanted to make some food and crash but the kitchen comes with the bare minimum. No pots or pans, no kettle, nothing to cook or clean with. We asked for a pan and the receptionist said that only the cleaning staff have access to that and they were no there (7pm). Staff were not friendly or helpful. The next day we tried to make coffee with the coffee machine but upon opening it to add water, it was full of mould which had clearly been there for a long time. We checked out immediately and are waiting for a refund on the 2 nights that we didn't use. So far, we've heard nothing from the hotel despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them. Booking.com was not helpful either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Will stay just because is in a perfect area and very safe, but the hotel administration need to do better on the hotel.

Liked:SAFE AREA FOR SURE BUT Front desk guys at 2:45 pm didn’t want to check us in after landing from a long flight, 15 minutes? Are you kidding me? not even to start paperwork. By 3:15 pm we walked back to the hotel and our paper was not even printed. We were exhausted from traveling. They knew we were staying for 4 nights and forget didn’t set our keys for that amount of night so it was annoying everyday goi g back to lobby to get it fixed. Sheets were stained. Towels old. Machines at the gym old and broken none of them work properly, avoid injuries.

Disliked:The reason we picked this hotel over the other ones near by was for the gym and it was a totally bummer, every machine is broken. I got so mad.
