Disappointed

Liked:The facilities are very outdated and of poor quality, with bathroom towels that are a decade old. Customer service has been the worst I've experienced in recent years. I advise against wasting your time and money here, as this place doesn't merit it.

Disliked:The front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful, and the service was poor.
