Barely above 2 stars but good location

Liked:The location is convenient. The front desk staff were helpful.

Disliked:The water was either scolding hot or cold. The first night, there was no hot water for at least 30 minutes. When the staff were notified, their response was, "No one else has complained." When they the staff came to the room to check the water, they said the lukewarm water was hot. Eventually, it became hot and then implied we weren't patient enough even though the water was not even warm when they first tested it and there had been no hot water for 30 minutes of letting it run as they suggested... Very poor service! The traffic noise is very loud, especially at night. Motorcycles are likely to wake you up The cleaning staff did a very minimal job. The layout of the room was absolutely ridiculous and wasted important space leaving the bathroom absolutely tiny (Room: Music 302). The sink is incredibly shallow and washing your hands without touching the sink is a challenge. The decor is awful and feels like a love motel. The bed was very hard.

Just perfect.

Liked:Perfect location, in a safe area, between the most interesting areas of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very large and comfortable rooms with everything needed. Very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast in a rooftop restaurant with a view on the city, skyscrapers and park.
