Characterful and quiet authenticity in the heart of it all

Liked:The giant doors are full of character and open to a green courtyard where you can sit and read or rest. The staff were very accommodating and the place quiet with little foot traffic to disturb a romantic weekend in CDMX.

Disliked:The envelope provided for visitors to tip room cleaning staff could be less conspicuous. I feel it's nice to give visitors the chance to express appreciation, but it need not be moved and placed as prominently as possible each day in a soliciting way.

Liked:It’s an excellent location for travelers that don’t have a car- it’s close to all the amenities you need.

Disliked:It can get a bit noisy at night as it is a popular area.

Fine, but wouldn’t book again

Liked:Location.

Disliked:A lot of staff, a lot of people around the property… it was loud often from guests and staff hanging out in public areas and windows and doors were not sound proof. No AC.

Nice place in a good location.

Liked:Property is great. Original and with personality. Rooms are big and nice and location is good.

Disliked:It’s a bit complicated to find yourself arround. Arrived late and security guy sort of helped out. After 12H flying you would expect a bit more but it was, enough.
