Would go back there but will make sure to lock everything as I do not want anything stolen anymore.

Liked:Clean and convenient location.

Disliked:My phone charger was stolen from my bag while I kept it in their storage room in waiting before getting a new room since the room we had was by the reception and very noisy. I remembered leaving it in the bag when packing and when I got the bag out of the room it was gone and the zipper was left open. Very disappointed regarding that. Though the room was clean and the receptionist spoke English and that was very helpful. Liked the fact that breakfast was provided.

Liked:It was clean. The staff was very friendly and had many English language speakers available to help (sadly, I'm an ignorant American who doesn't speak other languages well). I changed my itinerary the morming I was supposed to check out and they rebooked my room for the extra night within 5 minutes.

Disliked:The location wouldn't be completely ideal, but you are a half an hour walk to Roma Norte, or Zocalo, so it's not like you aren't near anything.

Nice place to stay and very affordable.

Liked:I liked the Location, cleanliness, property staff was very attentive, it has its own parking lot with no extra charge and breakfast was good. It has everything you need if you travel a lot and don’t want a spend a fortune in hotels, I definitely would stay again in the future.

Disliked:I would say It was a little noisy in the hallway, but besides that everything was good.

Really good value for money, only a few bits to improve

Liked:Staff was very friendly and professional, located in the centre of Mexico City, room had A/c, breakfast was good with different options although every day was the same.

Disliked:Encountered the first day with some hairs from the previous member in the shower drainage and also around the bedroom, I also found a hair product in the floor which can tell the clean wasn’t done thorough or checked before giving the room to the next member
