Disliked:Se fue la luz durante mi estadía y no hubo elevador, estuve hospedada en el 6to piso y se tuvo que subir y bajar escaleras, al siguiente día ya no funcionó el elevador y tuve que dar check out cargando maletas desde el sexto piso hasta la planta baja.

Basic decent hotel in Mexico centre

Liked:Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, basic decent rooms

Disliked:Air conditioner in one of rooms wasn't working, they gave us a different room the next day. The lady at the restaurant desk was extremely rude, multiple times.
