Liked:Perfect location
Disliked:The person at the door early Thursday morning, April 23rd—not the one at the front desk, but the one at the entrance—was very rude and seemed like they didn't want to help customers at all. This was a huge contrast to the person in the afternoon, who is very kind and always has a smile.

Probably used to be a decent place

Liked:The location is good if you are wanting to be close to the Palacio Bellas Artes. However, the surrounding streets to the south are pretty sketchy, tho interesting to explore during the day. Lots of homeless and aggressive panhandling after dark.
Disliked:I think this used to be a nice hotel. Used to be. After checking in the key card didn't work, but that was quickly sorted. The room was stiflingly hot, went to the front desk again. There response, "Yeah we know. The A/C is out in the whole hotel. We don't know when it will be fixed. Would you like us to give you another fan?" The second day there was a Vac-truck parked in front and they were working on some sort of plumbing. After that the whole 5th floor smelled of sewer gas. House keeping still hadn't tidied up the room at 3:40pm.
