Liked:the customer service was really great and the location of the hotel was good for our final night in mexico. the room was a nice size but i wish they had more blankets/pillows.
Disliked:Since it is the city the noise is hard to avoid but you can hear all of outside so if your light sleeper than its rough. other than that i wish the room had more blankets and pillows for the colder weather.
