I wish I’d stayed longer than one night!

Liked:Conveniently located in a beautiful Polanco neighborhood. The suite was spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. Even though the windows were facing the street, my room was quiet. The front desk staff were nice and I liked that water, coffee and cookies were available in the lobby in the morning.

Disliked:Nothing! Everything was fine with me.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location, though the room was colder than expected.

Liked:The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made my stay feel welcoming. It was a pleasant experience. The location was very convenient to restaurants and drug stores. The area was safe to walk.

Disliked:The room was comfortable, but very cold, and there wasn't a heater provided, which made it uncomfortable at times. It was a real issue.
