Liked:Most comfortable bed ever!

Disliked:Wish there was wine in the fridge as advertised. Hard to find the front entrance, Google maps makes you walk through the mall with all your bags.

Amazing hotel on a great location

Liked:Location, breakfast mix between local and international food. Super friendly and helpful staff

Disliked:Pool, too cold and no extra service like food or drinks to chill at the pool

So far so good but the mall is fantastic

Liked:Bed is comfortable Location is fine specially with a good mall connecting to hotel

Disliked:The service staff were not friendly to the guests. Especially those who didn't speak English. And didn't seem to have any desire to help the guests
