Liked:Clean, modern, well sized room. Great location. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Breakfast was very average (terrible coffee) and the staff were not the friendliest.

Very comfortable room in great location

Liked:The room was very comfortable and wonderfully appointed. Everything was clean. The bathroom had many amenities: soap, lotion, towels, shoehorn, 4 water bottles, coffee set. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location was great for seeing sights and finding bars and restaurants.

Disliked:When I returned from breakfast, the sign hanging on the door-handle said 'Room is clean and ready' but nothing had been done. I asked reception to send someone to clean and it was done by the end of the afternoon when I returned.

High value for the price.

Liked:The room was quiet, clean and well aired. I appreciated the air conditioning with the heat and humidity of late April and May. I also appreciated the lovely hot shower, the various soaps and shampoos, and daily supply of water bottles. The staff was exceptionally helpful across the board - they went above and beyond to help a tech challenged visitor like myself figure out my sim card, airport forms; they gave me recommendations for good local coffee, managing the metro system; and were all around lovely.

Disliked:The breakfast was not appealing. With the abundance of local eateries, I'd recommend a little more effort on this front, if you really want to provide this service. As I mentioned above, my room was clean and comfortable, but the one thing that would have improved my week long stay in it is a comfortable chair to lounge in. I had to do all my resting and reading on bed, propped up by pillows.

I would stay here again because overall it was only $60 something a night. Overall very comfortable stay but some things

Liked:The room was big and so was the bed! Bed was also comfortable. The shower was huge and we also had two beds. When we requested extra towels, we received them with no problem. It was located in a good area and very central. We got two free water bottles each day.

Disliked:There was no fridge or microwave. The remote to the AC was very dirty. The shower needs to be painted and a deep clean. The window needed to be cleaned better too. The couch in the room was dirty. We were located on the first floor and there was an event all weekend which was very loud and went on until 10 or 11 pm which was annoying.
