Overpriced with basic flaws.

Liked:The rooftop restaurant and pool area are lovely, and the staff there is very friendly. Breakfast is simple but very good, and the service was great. Excellent location, and street noise isn't much of an issue.The bed was great!

Disliked:The check-in process was unpleasant due to the staff at reception—they were rude and arrogant, and honestly shouldn't be working in hospitality. They demand a $2,500 MXN credit card hold simply because 'it's the rule,' but this is never specified anywhere during the booking process. They were extremely condescending. As for the room, the lighting in the bathroom area was terrible,there isn't enough light to do your makeup or get ready, nor was there an outlet to plug in a hair dryer. The bathroom DOES NOT HAVE A DOOR, just a very thin curtain. Inside the shower, THERE IS NOWHERE TO HANG A TOWEL (though there are hooks near the toilet, God only knows why). They also don't provide feminine hygiene products like pads or tampons. They position themselves as a luxury hotel, yet fail to cover the absolute basics.
