Waste of money

Liked:Room and Washroom sizes are good.

Disliked:it doesn't qualify even as a one star hotel. Only the hotel building and room structures look like a quality hotel. But actually there are many things should consider before booking the hotel. 1. Pillow are totally uncomfortable and shapes are thin (maximum 2.5 inch high) and square. Our headache started after sleeping 1 hour. I contacted with the reception, but they said they don't have any other pillow. (Look picture) 2. There was only one socket inside the room for charging, though that was too loose to hold the charger's weight. USB ports were not working. (Look picture) 3. There was no aircon in the room. in the glass portion, there is small widow-type option. you can keep open that for room's ventilation. (Look picture) 4. The tv is controlled by a wall-fitted remote controller, that has only few keys to control. (Look picture) 5. There are paid breakfast options available in the hotel's restaurant. But you need to discuss and confirm with the restaurant yourself for items and pricings. Looks like a 3rd party company is operating that restaurant. 6. Wifi quality was bad. signal drops frequently. 7. There was only towels and 2 small hand-soaps were available as the amenities. NOTHING ELSE in the whole room/bathroom. Not any coffee maker and/or supporting items too. My overall review is- I believe that the management should spend few days by living in different other hotels. Then they'll understand how a hotel should operate.

Liked:Me gustó que no tuve problemas para mi check in tardío, se portaron excelente en recibirme y darme mi habitación, la cual estuvo excelente. El servicio de habitación 10/10 super atentos y amables!

Disliked:No me gustó que no cuenta con aire o ventilador y hacía bastante calor.
