Liked:The hotel offers a dedicated assistance in case you get some problems, questions, some issues to solve. I have never seen such specialized service at other hotels. And, in fact, I got into a few situations (e.g. issues with a taxi, with a booked excursion, etc.) when such assistance was very much needed. Huge thanks to Ms. Sherline for her help!
