A warm, welcoming hotel with stunning views, spotless comfort, and hosts who truly care!

Liked:Absolutely amazing place! We would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed at Adler Hotel on night three of our road trip through France, Switzerland, and Monaco. We arrived in the afternoon so our daughter could still use the swimming pool before we headed off to town. We were welcomed so nicely, the host is very attentive, kind, helpful, and you can tell that running this place is his passion. We couldn’t praise him more. The swimming pool was very clean, and the whole area around it was kept spotlessly. We had a room with a balcony right above the pool, offering beautiful views of the cascading townhouses on the mountains as well as the lake in the distance. All rooms have an allocated parking space, which is really convenient. The beds were to die for! I really need to know what brand they are, as they were some of the best we’ve ever slept in. Crispy linen, and a shower with hydromassage. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of fresh choices, including freshly squeezed juices and homemade cakes. The lady host was overseeing the tables and the plentiful buffet. She was very kind to our daughter and made her feel truly welcome. If you are looking for that home‑from‑home place that is warm but not intrusive, and still private, this is it.

Disliked:The location is amazing, right by the church that chants every hour, giving the whole area a truly magical vibe and character. However, it is a bit of a walk to the promenade (old town), and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend doing it with a child, as you need to take the main road where cars drive quite fast. I’m sure there are shortcuts and quick through‑routes, but if you’re not a local, just give up on finding them, especially in the evening, as many of those lanes are very higgledy‑piggledy and you don’t want to risk twisting your ankle. BUT IT IS NOT A DEAL‑BREAKER! This place is still absolutely worth staying in. Just take a taxi, stay the night, and enjoy being away from the crowds.

Liked:The hotel staff greeted me warmly at check-in and answered my questions clearly. The breakfast was good. However, there is no lift, which made carrying our luggage to the room very difficult. Unfortunately, no staff were available to help us with our bags. Overall, the lack of a lift and assistance with luggage made the stay less convenient.

Wonderful week at Hotel Adler

Liked:We had a wonderful week at Hotel Adler. The hotel, the room, the beds and the pool were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was truly superb. But what touched us most were the owners, who did everything with helpfulness, love, and passion. This made our vacation something special. Thank you and grateful for that.
