Liked:Perfect place to stay in El Poblado. It’s a short walk to Provenza and the park. Even though the hotel is in a very busy area, the noise did not affect us in the room. I barely heard anything. The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. 10/10, definitely recommend.

Disliked:Breakfast was very limited. It's only 1 meal.

Liked:Good location , the bed is comfortable

Disliked:It seems like they are learning how to operate an hotel. Too many problems with internet connection, room keys. I could not use the internet from my room, and everytime I talked about it with any person in the front desk, it was like “okay…” The reception makes a lot of noise during the night and also before 7am. Also It is located in a very crowded area and I was expecting some noise from the bars around, but during my stay it was impossible to sleep for 2 nights. The staff is really nice and they try to help, but I feel it needs more leadership.
