Su atención al cliente es verdaderamente destacable y contribuyó en gran medida a una experiencia de hospedaje memorable. Sin duda, Heidi es un valioso activo para el Hotel Nakua, y su excelente servicio es digno de reconocimiento. ¡Gracias, Heidi, por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial! Mi estancia en el Hotel incluía desayuno sin embargo mi experiencia no fue igual en el restaurante Chikanero de varias opciones que tienen de desayuno solo aplica a tres opciones y en dos dìas consecutivos no pudimos hacer uso del desayuno por diversas situaciones. Recomiendo el Hotel por la ubicación pero no recomiendo añadir el desayuno a su paquete.

Liked:Nos encantó, la propiedad estaba divina, acogedora y las personas muy amables, siempre pendientes por cualquier necesidad, te reciben con una bebida y una botana de cortesía, nos encantó y definitivamente si volvemos, llegaríamos a este mismo hotel, sorprendentemente no se escucha mucho el ruido de afuera y eso que estamos a la par de Provenza, nos gustó demasiado
