Disliked:when a guest notifies the hotel that there should be no alchol in the room, it is usually for an impotant reason. The guest may be going through a situation, or may be in recovery from alcoholism. This is something hotels should take very seriously. In my case, I specifically informes the hotel that there should be no alcohol in my room, yet alcohol was still provided. Although I undersatnd this was most likely a communication issue, it made me unfortable. This is not simply preference- it can involve a serious medical condition or addiction. It should always be handled with care.
