Children under the age of 18 must present a valid identity document and documentation proving their relationship with their parents or legal guardians. When a minor is travelling with only one parent or accompanied by a third party, the authorisation and documentation required by Colombian law and the hotel’s policies must be presented. Pets are not permitted at Hotel bh El Poblado, except for duly accredited guide dogs or assistance dogs. Private parking is free of charge, located within the premises, exclusively for guests and requires prior booking. The airport transfer service to and from the airport is subject to a charge and must be requested in advance. Cancellation, prepayment, amendment and no-show conditions vary depending on the selected rate and are detailed during the booking process. When booking more than five rooms, special conditions, different cancellation policies and additional surcharges may apply. Please note: VAT at 19 per cent will be applied where applicable in accordance with Colombian legislation. Guests residing abroad may be eligible for VAT exemption on hotel services if they meet the legal requirements and provide proof of their non-resident status with the relevant immigration documentation at the time of check-in.
