Disliked:1. Customer service sucked and they tried to fraud my receipt 2xs. 2. They refused to get change from the other 4 registers or more on the premises and tried to give me $20.000cop in coins . 3. Very slow check in and check out process . 4. Good in the restaurant is about a good 5.5 so dont eat there unless you are starving. 5.Finally, I addressed the loud music in the room next door in-person 2xs ans via WhatsApp and a phonecall. No one responded for 2 days. They finally called 2 hours before checkout. I travel a lot. This has to be the worst service in Medellin. By far

Great relaxing hotel

Liked:Very close to provenza but far enough where you get peace and quiet. Very tranquil environment. The food and drinks at both restaurants were the best I've had in a while. Very delicious food and very well made drinks.

Disliked:Our neighbors where smoking Marijuana in their balcony and was coming into our room.

Liked:Location was good, staff is nice.

Disliked:Pretty small room, rooms aren’t soundproof, toilet had the water running al the time and it smelled bad, pillow cases didn’t smell fresh. The terrace restaurant/bar was closed only the pool was open
