Unplanned stay that reduced our anxiety.

Liked:Had to stay in an emergency situation following storm that caused major damage and power outages at home. The booking went through without issues as many people were trying to get the limited availability on the market. Arrived and was told of delay due to the storm but they called to staff and accelerated cleaning of vacated rooms to accommodate us. I want to call out the efforts by Starr and Sylvia who went above and beyond!
