Disliked:The room had an odor. The facility was not cleaned. Elevator didnt work. Definitely not a facility i will return to.

Probably wouldn't stay here again. For a Radisson Hotel chain this was a poor example.

Liked:The breakfast was nice a few good choices to get the day started.

Disliked:The room looked like and old hotel. The elevator was out of order all patrons staying should have been alerted to this. Our room was over booked so we didn't get a King bed as reserved. The toilet overflowed. The TV in bedroom only got 1 station. The couch and chair in the room were stained. Closet door was broken. Mold in shower. Wallpaper pealing off in shower.

Overall, my stay was disappointing and fell far short of expectations.

Liked:Food was decent.

Disliked:My stay at the hotel unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Before my stay, I specifically spoke with the staff and asked whether the pool and elevator were working and would be available during my visit. I was assured that everything would be operational, but upon arrival, the pool was closed and the elevator was not working. The situation was especially difficult because my room was on the third floor and I was recovering from a fractured toe, making it very challenging to use the stairs. To make matters worse, the towels in my room were damp. When I asked housekeeping for additional towels, I was told they could not bring them up, so I had to go down three flights of stairs myself to get them. Overall, the lack of communication and the condition of the amenities made my stay frustrating and far below what I expected based on what I was told before arriving. After sharing my concerns with the front desk, I was given two business cards with the managers’ contact information and was asked to reach out to them. I called three times and left polite voicemails requesting a return call, but it has now been four days since I checked out and I still have not received a response.
