Liked:The staff was amazing, especially Megan. It was very clean and inviting.

Disliked:The first room I was in had a horrible odor and the ac wasn't working right but I was quickly changed to another room. The walls are also very thin

Short one night acceptable accommodation

Liked:Nice lobby and courtyard … Staff very friendly and nice.. Staff very accommodating

Disliked:Pool was ice cold advertised as a heated pool, but was not.. room was Dusty and not a four star five star room, but it was acceptable and has not been the worst I have ever had…. It was acceptable for what I was there for.

Disliked:I hated the fact I had to pay for better wifi for my son to play his game but that was the only problem for me.

Disliked:When I did not get the parcial refund I let a day early and the desk clerk who was on duty instead of refunding my money he charged me extra 383.00. Which I got refunded a week later
