My stay was fair. Facilitys needs improvement

Disliked:Update your room’s paint was chipped on doors and bathroom not clean. Tile around tub rusty and coming off. Had a smell in room soarer. Breakfast bar not good. Sausage meat undercooked.not able to prepare wafers or hot cakes. No coffee available. For breakfast. Not a good selection for the price to pay for a room. Need more staff when big events are in town

Disliked:Hotel staff was extremely rude. Check in was hard. Staff kept saying i wasn't using the correct card. Got double charged for room, Still trying to get that corrected. Will never use booking.com or any Hilton hotel again.
