Liked:Location and started off ok just at front desk at check in.

Disliked:No response when calling front desk, put on hold had to call 2x.. had to find housekeeping for empty Kleenex box in our room and coffee got that too.. shower dribbled water and bed looked as if made from last stay not clean very wrinkled.
