Authentic experience and friendly staff

Liked:The staff is excellent. They care about you, advice with tourists attractions and restaurants and their advice was excellent. The ryad was clean and comfortable.

Disliked:Since the ryad is in the main square, the taxi is not allowed from 10 am, meaning you always should walk ~5 -10 min to nearest pick up point.

Good hotel but it is not 5-star, the cost should correspond to the value.

Liked:Breakfast was good. The pool patio was also decent, although we did not use the pool. The rooms were spacious and the atmosphere in the hotel was good. The staff was very helpful.

Disliked:This is not a 5-star hotel by the regular standard. I would say 3.5-4.0 is more representative. The small things and details like toiletries, supplies, etc. make that difference. In a real high-end hotel you feel like whatever you need is available. Here, we needed to ask for majority of things.

Perfect location

Liked:Great location on the edge of the square. Beautiful inside, both the modern & old riads. Good room with air-conditioning. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff.
