Just Book It!

Liked:We've been lucky enough to stay at quite a few five-star hotels around the world and the Four Seasons Marrakech is right up there with the very best. The hotel itself is stunning. The grounds are immaculate, the gardens are beautifully maintained, the pool and gym are fantastic and every part of the property feels luxurious without being over the top. Our room was spotless every single day and maintained to an incredibly high standard. It's clear that a huge amount of pride goes into every detail - for those who travel a lot you know it’s the little things that make all the difference. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is undoubtedly the people. The hospitality exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was warm, kind and always willing to go out of their way to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and it was obvious that everyone genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. By way of example, on our first night, Morocco were playing France in the World Cup and the staff went out of their way on short notice to get us jerseys so we had a memory of our stay and to add to experience. A special mention has to go to Amine. I'm not sure if he's the manager or part of the leadership team, but if he isn't, he should be. He leads by example, is incredibly professional and is a fantastic reflection of both the Four Seasons brand and Moroccan hospitality. You can tell the rest of the team really respect him and he made a real difference to our stay. We've stayed in some incredible hotels over the years but this is one we'll remember because of the people. The service was genuinely exceptional and made what was already a beautiful hotel even better. There are many beautiful hotels in Marrakech but I honestly couldn't recommend Four Seasons more highly. If you're sitting at your computer wondering if you should stay here…..just book it, you won't regret it.

Liked:They made late check out for me in a very nice way some of the staff are great

Disliked:the housekeeping most of the time they don’t answer there was a coackroach in my room also I didn’t have a view at all
