No sleep, reduced facilities and disappointing stay.

Liked:Locations was perfect for old Trafford visit.

Disliked:There was a large event going on, perhaps a prom or wedding and it was incredibly noisy. Getting to sleep with a nightclub below was impossible. Also, due to events being held on The top floor my son was unable to take advantage of the pitch to play on. It Would have been nice to have been warned prior to taking my money that certain facilities wouldn’t be available, and that there would be a noisy event going on that may impact our stay. Anyway, disappointing stay.

Rooms and amenities were very nice.

Liked:Evening meal and breakfast was nice. Rooms were exceptionally clean and room facilities were great. Staff were very friendly.

Disliked:Parking was not onsite.

Liked:We visited for the haircon and the hotel was situated on the same street, parking was close to and secure and everything was basically on our doorstep. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.
