Excellent Stay for Take That concert

Liked:We stayed at Dakota for the Take That concert at the Etihad and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. A special mention to Kelly on reception, who gave us a warm welcome and made check-in smooth and efficient. We’d also like to thank Daniel, who went above and beyond to help us even after he had finished his shift, which was greatly appreciated. Rachel, who served us at dinner, was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel itself was immaculate, with air conditioning throughout, which made it a lovely cool retreat during the muggy weather. The food was excellent, both at dinner and breakfast. Breakfast offered a great selection of continental and hot options, with something for everyone. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful, professional and genuinely welcoming. The combination of excellent service, great food and comfortable surroundings made our stay a memorable one. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend Dakota to anyone visiting Manchester

Fabulous hotel!

Liked:My friend and I stopped last night for the Take That concert. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left every single member of staff we met couldn't do enough for us. Kelly who checked us in was so welcoming. Rachel who served us our gorgeous meal and Daniel who was just finishing his shift turned round to help us out when we were lost! We stopped in one of the signature suites, which was amazing with its gorgeous decor and twin bathrooms. From start to finish we both felt truly pampered. Thank you all so much! X
