Friendly, relaxing and very comfortable.

Liked:The resort was very comfortable, ideal for relaxing by the pool. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The staff were amazing. Shout out to Kwan, Pam, June, Pond and Noom.

Disliked:While the property has plenty of options for restaurants nearby, it was still located away from a lot of the busier parts of the island where there were beautiful dining options on the beach.

Beautiful resort on a quiet golden sand beach.

Liked:The resort is beautiful with an incredible pool and view of the beach. There’s free stand up paddle board and a few cute beach bars. It’s a very quiet area which was great for a few nights (but might have been boring for a longer period).

Disliked:It’s family friendly so hard to enjoy the pool in the afternoon with all the kids. The breakfast could be improved and it was difficult to communicate with staff. Theres not much to do in the area and grab’s are expensive. Few minor issues in the room like squeaking door and blocked shower drain. No outdoor furniture which was also a shame.

An oasis of calm on Koh Samui

Liked:A beautiful hotel set on Mae Nam Beach about 30-40 minutes from the airport on Koh Samui. The hotel complex is a real oasis of calm from the busy streets. Our room was perfect with a lovely pool. The main body of the resort was idyllic with an infinity pool overlooking the beach. The food and drink were great with a particular highlight being the beach BBQ on our last night. My wife and daughter enjoyed massages in the spa. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive.

Beautiful stay

Liked:Beautiful quiet location. Room was lovely and pool stunning.

Disliked:Service was pretty slow but it didn't matter. Food was still nice and staff tried their best with limited English.
