Wonderful

Liked:Staff were so approachable and lovely to talk to! The rooms were very clean. The food and drinks were delicious. Shuttle service was so easy to use and made our stay to at much better.

Liked:Sea view, infinity pool, pleasant smell in a room after daily cleaning.

Disliked:Limited breakfast options, very firm mattress, outdated furniture, no crockery/cutlery available (upon request only), old TV, and not related to the hotel - the beach itself as you can swim in the afternoon only due to low tides.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at CODE Samui and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Liked:From the moment I arrived, every single member of staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout my stay. A very special thank you goes to Ruby, the General Manager. We happened to share the same birthday, and she went above and beyond to make mine feel truly special. The team surprised me with a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday during breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. When I returned to my room later that day, I found another beautiful birthday surprise waiting for me. It’s little moments like these that make a stay unforgettable. Ruby also kindly arranged for me to spend a day at their beautiful sister property, CHI Beach Club. It was a fantastic experience and the perfect way to spend the day, with great food, a lovely atmosphere, and excellent service. The outstanding hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and the genuine care shown by the entire team made this one of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. Thank you to everyone at CODE Samui for making my birthday so memorable. I hope to return one day!

Disliked:If I had to mention a couple of minor points, the room was a little smaller than I had expected from the photos, although it was still very comfortable. It also featured a fully equipped kitchen, but without any plates, glasses, or cutlery, which meant it wasn’t really usable during my stay. The only other thing future guests should be aware of is the location. The hotel sits on a very steep hill, so unless you’re happy renting a scooter or car, or using taxis, it’s worth factoring those transportation costs into your budget. There is a free shuttle provided that takes you down to the main road and beach though. Overall, these were only very minor observations and certainly didn’t take away from what was a fantastic experience.
