Horrible experience, don't stay here!

Liked:Really horrible customer service. I would never consider going back here. Management very difficult to deal with, they are truly only interested in getting every dollar they can out of customers and their respective organizations. Don't stay here!

Front desk personnel need training.

Liked:The front desk personnel are simply a mess. It all comes down to communication. I personally called in advance to ask about an airport shuttle. I was told they had one. Great. I arrive at the airport, call the hotel and hear that they indeed don’t have a shuttle available because I didn’t reserve it earlier. Ugh. They could have mentioned that, I was worried about the flight arriving late. For the return trip home, I approach the front desk in person to reserve the shuttle only to find out that I have to book with Icon (I used travelicity) to get a shuttle. It’s $45 plus tip each way using Uber. I ask them to communicate the shuttle information more thoroughly in the future and I swear to you that I was told to ask for shuttle limitations myself in the future AND I was told by the clerk that since she was working the desk the day I called before leaving on the trip and she doesn’t remember me calling, that I indeed didn’t call in the first place! At that point, I walked away. Terrible service.

Unreliable Transportation

Liked:Honestly, hotel is nice but I’m fed up with the transport service to Epic. Morning one leaves fine. But from Epic? The story keeps changing. First management claims it arrives at Epic twice and will leave from Epic at 5pm and 5:45. But then the story keeps changing. The numbered location changes. Then when we waited for over twenty minutes passed the 5pm (while getting here way early to wait), nothing shows. Called two days in a row. First it claims it left without us because we weren’t here (yes we were but no vehicle) at 5pm. Then called again the second day and management claims oh no no, they leave from the hotel at 5pm and 5:45 to GO to Epic. So finally a transport shows after we called. And the driver claims he is waiting to 5:45 before he leaves Epic. Also states last of the night. So where is the 5pm transport we signed up for? How many times do we have to CALL before a transport gets moving to come get us? Finally the driver shows and states he was here. No sir you were not - there were FOUR of us waiting in the rain. Hotel isn’t bad but I’m at the point where I will not recommend this to my coworkers for in the future. Ever.

Nice with a couple exceptions.

Liked:Most everything was great. However, why have a coffee maker, coffee and the fixings and no coffee filters? There aren't any USB ports either. The other amenities like Happy Hour food and the breakfast are good.
