Mostly nice but I would take an Uber if I were to stay here again.

Liked:People at the front desk were kind. Room was clean but smelled very musty. The did offer to move us but we were unpacked and chose to stay.

Disliked:The shuttle service. Bringing us to venue was great. The driver said I’ll pick you up right here when I come back for you. We texted for the return trip. They texted back that they will pick us up at 2 cross streets. One of the cross streets was not near us. We did know that the street was different from where he told us to be so we waited a long time. I texted back asking them for clarification. They said yes go to N Patterson which was nowhere near us. S Patterson was near. We went there. It took another long time. 1 hour total for them to pick us up. After standing for 3 hours at a concert this, wasn’t a great experience. They did leave an apology note and free breakfast under our door which was nice.
