Liked:The breakfast was really nice and the overall experience in the room was excellent.

Disliked:The ice water provided in the lounge was good, but the hot water served during breakfast tasted a little weird. The flow of shower water was a bit too fast, but not a big deal.

Liked:The gentlemen at the front desk (from Italy, I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was the nicest, most helpful and welcoming person I met at the hotel. Everyone was nice, but he went above and beyond.

A hotel chain with integrity…

Liked:We went to art on the square and the hotel was a convenient distance from the capital. The room had an accessible roll-in shower and had enough room for a scooter. Wonderful!
