Liked:The cleaning crew were helpful when I had questions for them. In the morning manager listened to my concerns about front desk staff from the previous night

Disliked:Take a child that it was my responsibility to ask for my room to be cleaned. My suggestion was to add that to the cheat sheet that's in the room by the TV. Not everybody reads the plethora of online words when making reservation, but a one sentence on a cheat sheet via TV and its remote could do the trick.
