Nice stay but hazardous shower flooding.

Liked:The bed and room were comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. The staff were responsible and friendly. The cleaning service by request was a great idea to spare resources, but they did come when we requested it. It was close to my parents', which was the idea, and also close to the attractions around Madison.

Disliked:The worst part was the shower flooded no matter how hard we tried to keep it from overflowing into the bathroom. It was slippery and dangerous and nothing was done. The parking lot was crowded and not sure if it was secure.
