Liked:Alhamdulillah, i was able to check in 30mins earlier than the actual check in time, since we arrived madinah earlier than expected. They send us the welcoming coffee and fruits to the room. Room was spacious and all the staff were very helpful and polite. The location is the best, few steps and you will be able to see the haram, entering via womens gate 338. My mother loves it very much, since previously we stayed few blocks away from the haram and the commute to haram and hotel were a bit exhausting. Also karak express and jakarta restaurant were right opposite of the hotel, which we frequently visit. Would love to stay here again if Allah wills for us to re-visit madinah again :)

Disliked:Nothing, just sometimes the elevators can take some time but i believe it is still acceptable, only happens during peak hours (after prayer times)
