During the holy month of Ramadan, reservations including Breakfast will be served with Sohour. For convenient access to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, guests may use Gate 24 (Men) and Gate 17 (Women). Reservations not guaranteed with a valid credit card may be released after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. A valid government-issued photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee or prepay the reservation must be presented upon check-in. If the card cannot be verified or the cardholder is not present, an alternative method of payment will be required, and the hotel reserves the right to decline the reservation. Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Kindly advise us of your estimated arrival time prior to your stay. Where applicable, bank transfer instructions will be shared following reservation confirmation.
