Excellent stay in a great location!

Liked:What a spacious apartment! We loved that there was so much room and it was so clean! There were also a lot of amenities that were provided. The location is also so great, easy access to the tram and bus lines, and very close to walk into town. We would 100% recommend this to anyone staying in Luxembourg!

Disliked:The only thing that would have been better is if there was air conditioning. But it was ok once we opened the windows, although there are no screens in the windows (which may be a European thing.) Also we couldn't figure out how to use the dryer... it wouldn't dry but could have been user error. One other thing that would be nice is towel racks or hooks in the rooms and near the shower.

Liked:Brand new, spotless apartment with all the mod cons at high spec. Excellent central location, but was also quiet. Superb view of the park provided a peaceful backdrop.

Terrible service, no air-conditioning, do not touch this property

Liked:Although there was an extreme weather alert and the temperature in Luxemburg was more than 33 degrees, the property would not let us cancel the booking even though they had no air-conditioning! We came for the ironman competition it was crucial for us to have air-conditioning in order to sleep well and organize ourselves. Booking tried to contact the owner, but they were very adamant, would not even give a partial refund. Beware of this property!!!

Disliked:They would not even refund the cleaning or find any solution to support the situation of being without air-conditioning in extreme weather conditions of high temperature alert‼️ It is not a luxury accommodation without air-conditioning…
