Liked:Friendliness of staff

Disliked:Hopeless signage from underground car park to hotel reception. Had to stop a driver coming into car park for help. He pointed to a handful of faded images on the floor car park floor which pointed towards the door that eventually leads to the hotel reception. You'd only know about the signs on the floor if you had been before, otherwise you're lost! Not what you want after a long drive!!
