I was a little nervous when I saw the outside of the hotel, but once I entered everything was tidy, stylish and the staf

Liked:24/7 coffee machine downstairs, and excellent staff.

Disliked:The location was a little scary, even had police interviewing my husband as a result of local kids fighting outside.

This was a comfortable place to stay.

Liked:The room was clean & comfortable. It was quiet. Loved the large towels - too many hotels offer smaller bath towels & I liked having one that I could wrap around myself.

Disliked:My one complaint was the lack of tea/coffee making in the room. I didn't like having to go downstairs if I wanted a cup of tea. The passkey was sometimes tricky to use to access the lift.
